RATES FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY:

Standard rate (2-3 days delivery). May take longer.
Items up to £60 - £3.50
Items over £60 - £6.50

Priority (1-2 days delivery)

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery for most smaller orders (under 2kg) and Parcel Force 24 & 48hr for orders over 2kg. We use Parcel Force International Scheduled or Royal Mail International Signed For for Overseas Orders.

* Days means Working Days - Saturdays and Sundays are not included. Any order placed after close of business on Friday will be processed on Monday.

Wheelbuilds:

Please allow 7 working days for custom wheelbuilds, although it may be less, dependent upon the amount of work our off site wheelbuilder has.

Scottish Highlands is extra for larger items (over 2kg) sent via Parcel Force. Northern Ireland, Channels Is., IOM, etc we will email you a shipping total that you can confirm before we ship. Which brings us to:

As above we will email you a shipping total that you can confirm before we ship. We cannot give concise prices as we need to weigh and measure each package, though we only ever charge what it costs us.

Returns Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Returns & Refunds
Goods - especially clothes must be returned to us in as new condition (that means no cat hairs or after-shave) in the original packaging - and must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt. To enable us to process your return efficiently please call to obtain a Returns Number which must be marked clearly on the outside of your box. This allows us to process you return quickly. Items returned to us without a returns number on the outside of the parcel will regrettably be refused. Please write a note telling us what you would like us to (exchange/credit note/refund). While we ask you to cover the postage of the item back to us we shall reciprocate by sending your replacement/s back post free. Any Goods returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unclear about any of this then please call before ordering. Refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund your goods in full (excluding postage on refunds).

Credit and debit cards are refunded electronically to your Credit/Debit card account. Paypal is refunded to you Paypal account. All other refunds are made by cheque.

These terms only apply to mailorder transactions, in store policy may vary.

How to Order

Orders may be placed through the website, via telephone (01942 826598), via fax (01942 821469) or via post. Please do not e-mail your card details to alansbmx.com. No responsibility can be taken for the security of your details if given this way.

We are open 8.30 - 5.30 Monday - Saturday. 11am-4pm Sundays, Closed Bank Holidays. If you give us a call we can take your order, describe any goods (sizing, colours etc) and try to help you get the right thing first time.

Card Security

The utmost care and consideration is taken to ensure that your card details are secure. This is achieved by encrypting your card number at the time when you place your order. It is imperative that you type in the cardholders name as it is shown on the card, and address exactly as it appears on the statement.

Method of Payment

You can pay by:
Credit/Debit cards: Visa, Master Card, Maestro/Switch, Solo, Electron or Delta.
Paypal.
Postal Order.
Cheque.
Personal cheques take a minimum of 10 days to clear.
Your credit card statement will show your transaction as ALANS (WIGAN).

If the item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address. Please always enter a daytime contact number or mobile so we can call you if we need to.

Pricing Policy

All products on alansbmx.com are priced in GB Pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

Delivery Address

Delivery address must be the same as on the card statement.

Customers will be notified by e-mail if it is anticipated that delivery will take longer than the stated time. If goods are not available for immediate despatch you will be asked via email if you wish to proceed.

Clothes Sizing

It is worth measuring the chest size on a garment you already have, we can then match this up against the item you want to order. As a guide our adult hoody chest sizes are approx:

S = 42 inches
M = 44 inches
L = 46 inches
XL = 48 inches

These do differ from make to make and remember you will go up 8-10 inches on your adult chest size to get a loose fit.
