Delivery and Shipping Information
- UK orders received before 13:00 are dispatched the same business day if the items are instock at AlansBMX Store location - We cannot guarantee all orders will be dispatched if placed after 13:00
- Order are dispatched Mon-Fri as that is when couriers come to collect from us
- ***Bikes that are 24 Inch or larger are sent via APC Non-Conveyable Service service due to size and are unable to be sent same day.
- Tracked Order Info Emailed when dispatched
- ALL BIKES are flatpacked and require assembly once delivered by a professional mechanic for any warranty to be valid
- Ready2Ride service for bikes with 22 inch wheels or smaller) will take 2-3 working days for dispatch and 2-3 days for delivery due to the size of the bike and requiring a Pre Delivery Inspection before sending.
- Unfortunately bikes 24 inch or larger we cannot offer the Ready2Ride service.
We try to be as flexible with our delivery options as possible. Once you've finished shopping and you've picked all the items you need, simply click on the shopping basket link and view the delivery options available to you. Once you've decided how you would like your items delivered, you can proceed to checkout. If you change your mind though, you can always call us and upgrade your shipping.
Key delivery information
- Standard Delivery Service - For orders up to 2kg for Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working day service), Tracked 24 (delivers Mon-Sat). Anything above 2kg is sent via APC Overnight Courier (delivers Mon-Fri with Saturday option available at checkout).
- Bike Delivery - Bikes are sent via APC Overnight for 18 Inch or smaller and APC Non-Conveyable for bikes 20 inch or larger and all bikes will have a shipping charge
- Premium Delivery Service - Multiple options available at the checkout-create your basket, and take a look what's on offer! Saturday delivery available for extra charge.
- All instock orders received before 1pm are packed and dispatched the same working day (excludes orders with special order items). This excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays.
- On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control.
- Saturday deliveries are available for an extra fee, you can select this at checkout, please contact us with any questions.
- Larger bikes 24 inch wheel or over are sent using APC Non-Conveyable due to size.

Delivery Address
Delivery address must be the same as on the card statement. If you need it sending to a different address we suggest you use PAYPAL as your payment method, you can use it as a guest without creating an account.
Special Order Items
Some of our items are Special Order. This means that we do not have it in stock but our supplier should have it. You can see the live stock on the product page, if it allows you to add it to the cart then we are confident we can get it for you. Purchasing an item that is Special Order will DELAY the dispatch of your entire order. We will notify you via email if it is unavailable and where possible offer an alternative. Please check your emails and your junk folder.

Royal Mail Delivery Terms and Conditions:
3.3.1 Non Account Tracked 24 and Non Account Tracked 24 with Signature, we will aim but do not guarantee to deliver your Item within 1 Working Day
3.3.2 Non Account Tracked 48 and Non Account Tracked 48 with Signature, we will aim but do not guarantee to deliver your Item within 2 - 3 Working Days
Delays can occur from couriers and are out of our hands, AlansBMX do not accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or Couriers and your items will be delivered at the next possible chance they can be.
APC Overnight Terms and Conditions:
We use APC Overnight for orders over 2kg and APC Non-Conveyerable for bike boxes. Larger bikes that are 24 inch wheels or larger are sent APC Non-Conveyerable. Although they aim to deliver packages the next day no courier is without fault and delays can occur. If there is a delay APC will be in touch to notify you. We cannot refund shipping costs due to delays with the courier.
* Days means Working Days - Saturdays and Sundays are not included. Any order placed after close of business on Friday will be processed on Monday.
Overseas and European Orders
If we require extra postage from you we will contact you with an exact quote for your order once it is packed, weighed and measured. Items that are odd shaped like handlebars may incur an additional charge.
We use a range of courier to ship internationally depending on the price and time of delivery. If there is a specific courier you want us to use from our available list please enquire and we will do our best.
International Shipping Terms and Conditions:
We use multiple different couriers for overseas shipping for best delivery experience. This could be UPS, Fedex, DHL etc depending on the courntry. We only use reputable couriers when sending and all tracking is sent via email and attached to your order invoice in our computer system.
International Orders can take 2-3 business days for dispatch due to the manual booking we must do.
DUE TO BREXIT YOU WILL BE CHARGED IMPORT TAX AND DUTY ON IMPORT INTO YOUR COUNTRY
AlansBMX will not be responsible for any Import Tax, Duty or Costs incurred for the item to arrive in your country. These are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship Delivered Duty Unpaid which means AlansBMX is not liable for any import costs, such as VAT, duties, and clearing fees. Please check with your local authority on what charges you may incur.
Customs charges will be requested from the courier once it enters your country, this is the responsibility of the customs and not AlansBMX, and must be paid before delivery. Failure to apy these charges will result in the package being sent back to us and your shipping charge will not be refunded.
